A valid driver's license, a selfie holding that license, and proof of full-coverage auto insurance (insurance ID card and declarations page). You upload all of it securely in the reservation form, so pickup is quick. Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

Pick a car, choose your dates, and submit the reservation form. No payment is taken online. Our team reviews your request and confirms availability, then a $100 nonrefundable reservation fee secures the vehicle. That fee is applied toward your total rental cost.

Yes. Delivery is a flat $150 and includes pickup at the end of your rental. We deliver to homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and Orlando International Airport (MCO). You can also collect the car from us in Orlando at no charge.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund of rental payments. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, including same-day cancellations, are not refunded. The $100 reservation fee is nonrefundable for customer-initiated cancellations.

Up to 15 minutes late carries no penalty. Between 15 and 30 minutes, please call or text us. After 30 minutes without contact, the reservation may be treated as a no-show. Flight delays and emergencies can be accommodated at management's discretion, so let us know as soon as you can.

Each car lists its daily mileage allowance. Any security deposit and the final total are confirmed by our team when your reservation is approved, before anything is charged.
